Američki naučnici došli su do otkrića da bi planeta Zemlja uskoro mogla da bude "zbrisana" u eksploziji zvezde udaljene više od 3.000 svetlosnih godina, preneo je "Telegraf".
Zvezda "Ti piksidis" uskoro bi trebalo da eksplodira, sa snagom od 20 milijardi milijardi milijarda megatona TNT.
Iako je "Ti piksidis" udaljena oko 3.260 svetlosnih godina, što je u galaktičkim pojmovima relativno kratka distanca, udar termonuklearne eksplozije mogao bi izbrisati Zemljin ozonski omotač, upozorili su naučnici.
Astronomi Univerziteta Vilanova u Filadelfiji rekli su da je Međunarodni ultraljubičasti istraživački satelit pokazao da se "Ti piksidis", u stvari, sastoji od dve zvezde, od kojih je jedna beli patuljak koji usisava gas i postojano raste. Kada dosegne kritičnu masu, eksplodiraće na komadiće. Postaće sjajan kao sve druge zvezde u galaksiji zajedno, naveli su naučnici.
Fotografije načinjene pomoću Hablovog teleskopa prikazuju zvezdu koja se priprema za "veliki prasak" nizom manjih eksplozija.
Ovakve eksplozije događale su se redovno svakih 20 godina, od 1890, ali su stale nakon 1967. Sledeća eksplozija trebalo bi da se dogodi za oko 20 godina, izjavili su naučnici Američkog astronomskog društva u Vašingtonu Edvard M. Sajon, Patrik Godon i Timoti Meklejn.
"Zvezda će uskoro sigurno postati supernova, ali je to 'uskoro' možda veoma daleko, pa ne treba da se plašimo", ocenila je Robin Skagel, potpredsednik birtanskog Društva za popularnu astronomiju.

Naučnici američke svemirske agencije NASA tvrde da su ponovnim proučavanjem jednog meteorita pronašli "čvrst dokaz" da je život na Marsu nekada postojao

Tim stručnjaka Svemirskog centra Džonson u Hjustonu ponovo je analizirao meteorit koji je pre 13.000 godina pogodio Antarktik.
Koristeći elektronski mikroskom visoke rezolucije našao je neoboriv dokaz da je na crvenoj planeti nekada postojao život u obliku bakterija.
Istraživači navode da su mikroskopski kristali pronađeni na steni koja se otkinula od Marsa pre oko 16 miliona godina fosilizovane bakterije koje po mnogo čemu podsećaju na bakterije koje se mogu naći na našoj planeti, prenosi londonski "Telegraf".
Meteorit "Alen Hils 84001" skrenuo je pažnju javnosti pre 13 godina kada su na njemu pronađeni fosilni ostaci. Naučnici su tada zaključili da je reč o bakterijama sa Zemlje koje su zarazile stenu dok je bila zarobljena u ledu. Sada se, međutim, veruje da bakterije potiču sa Marsa i da su došle na Zemlju zajedno sa meteoritom.
"Dokazi koji ukazuju na mogućnost da je nekada postojao život na Marsu polako se gomilaju", kazao je Dejvid Meki, vodeći naučnik NASA za istraživanje i astrobiologiju.
"Među ovim dokazima su i tragovi o nekadašnjem postojanju površinskih voda, kao što su ostaci reka, jezera, a moguće i okeana, ali i znaci koji ukazuju na postojanje tekuće vode u blizini ili na površini" Marsa, dodao je on.

Naučnici s novozelandskog Univerziteta Velington otkrili su da gotovo polovina muškaraca, njih 47 odsto, pri susretu s osobom suprotnog pola prvo pogleda u njene grudi, a tek onda u oči. Trećini muškaraca pri pogledu na žensko telo prva fiksacija su ženski struk ili bokovi, a manje od 20 odsto njih gleda lice.

Neki objašnjenje za ovo traže u evolucijskom razvoju jer su žene s velikim grudima i užim strukom imale viši nivo hormona i bile plodnije, ali naučnici veruju da su razlozi ipak puno jednostavniji.

- Muškarci puno češće gledaju u grudi jer im je to estetski prijatno, bez obzira na njihovu veličinu - potvrdili su novozelandski naučnici koji su takođe otkrili da nisu grudi prva stvar u koju muškarci gledaju, već da u njih bulje znatno duže nego u druge delove tela.

Žene vode ljubav zbog dosade i mira u kući

Čini se da žene idu u krevet sa svojim partnerima iz najčudnijih mogućih razloga. Sindi Meston i Dejvid Bus, autori knjige „Zašto se žene upuštaju u seksualne odnose, 200 najčešćih razloga", navode da žene pristaju na seks zbog dosade, mira u kući, izlečenja glavobolje, pa čak i u znak zahvalnosti za lepu večeru.

- Većina muškaraca se u seksualne odnose upušta na osnovi privlačnosti, dok će žene pristati na seks čak i kada im se muškarac ne sviđa - tvrde autori knjige.

Istraživanje je obavljeno za potrebe knjige, a obuhvatilo je 1.006 žena koje su dale iznenađujuće odgovore. Jedna od njih je izjavila kako to čini iz duhovnih razloga jer je tako najbliže Bogu. Druge su navele da im seks služi kao lek za stres i glavobolju, a neke na taj način žele da usavrše svoje seksualne veštine. Većina žena, njih 84 odsto, priznala je da seks koristi kao sredstvo kojim će naterati partnere da obave neke kućne poslove.

- Vodim ljubav jer mi je dosadno, a to je i lakše nego svađanje. Osim toga, imam šta da radim - otkrila je jedna od ispitanica. Druga je priznala da je nekoliko puta pristala na seksualne odnose jer je žalila te muškarce. Neke žene su priznale i da im seks služi kao znak zahvalnosti za lepu večeru ili skupi poklon, pa su osećale da su dužne da daju nešto zauzvrat.

Žene rado nose neudobne cipele

U želji da izgledaju moderno i u trendu, gotovo četrdeset odsto žena spremno je da nosi neudobnu obuću pogrešne veličine, pokazalo je najnovije istraživanje.

Prema britanskom istraživanju, čak četiri žene od njih deset priznalo je da će kupiti cipele iako su im neudobne. Njih 37 odsto će trpeti neudobne cipele samo kako bi bile u trendu i imale „in" cipele sezone. Strast za cipelama ne muči samo žene. Pokazalo se da su i muškarci skloni da kupe neudobne cipele, njih čak 17 odsto potvrdilo je da kupuje obuću neprimerene veličine samo zato jer im se sviđa.

Istraživanje je pokazalo i da čak 80 odsto žena trpi neku vrstu bolova izazvanu neudobnom obućom. Kurje oči, žuljevi, bolni zglobovi i urasli nokti samo su neki od poduže liste problema koji ih muče.

Uprkos tome, čak četiri žene od njih deset nikada nisu zatražile lekarsku pomoć za neki od tih problema.

- Mnogi od nas teško odolevaju napasti da kupe obuću koja je u modi, pa makar ona bila neudobna i nezdrava za nošenje. Međutim, ne smemo da smetnemo s uma da će nas neudobna obuća zasigurno koštati bolova i da ona predstavlja rizik za zdravlje - upozorila je Lorejn Džons iz Društva pedikira.

Mačka po imenu Mio koristi Wc i njen vlasnik Fang Deng objavio je sliku svog kućnog ljubimca.
Po njegovim rečima, ukoliko je Wc zauzet , mačka će strpljivo čekati da dođe na red, baš kao i ljudi . Nakon odlaska u Wc, pogleda šta je napravila i pusti vodu šapom.

Hajnc Ludvig, menadžer popularnog kamperskog mesta na planini Harc, namerava da uspostavi prvu zvaničnu stazu u Nemačkoj, koju će koristiti nudisti za šetnju po prirodi.
Staza bi trebalo da bude duga 18 kilometara. Međutim, iako je Nemačka tradicionalno tolerantna prema nagosti, mnogi stanovnici okolnih mesta nisu oduševljeni ovom idejom.
"Neki ljudi se protive, zajednica ne podržava ovaj projekat", izjavio je Ludvig za BBC, dodavši da će sledeće godine ponovo pokušati da ubede ljude da se slože sa njegovom idejom.
On je takođe rekao da su poštovaoci "Freikoerperkultur" (kulture slobodnog tela), oduševljeni ovom idejom.
Neki od njih su već isprobali stazu i zadovoljni su njom, ali su dodali da treba da se dodatno uredi.
Staza, koja bi trebalo da se otvori u maju, bi takođe privukla dosta nudista iz okolnih regija.
Ludvig je dodao i da stazu mogu slobodno koristiti i potpuno odeveni šetači.
"To je osigurana oblast, daleko od saobraćaja. ukoliko neko ne želi da šeta zajedno sa nudistima, neka koristi drugu stazu", rekao je Ludvig.

Britanka Najlin Namita podvrgla se brojnim estetskim operacijama kako bi ličila na egipatsku kraljicu Nefertiti.

Četrdesetdevetogodišnja Namita izvršila je 51 operaciju. Transformaciju je počela 1987. godine nakon što je "otkrila" da je u prethodnom životu bila slavna egipatska kraljica Nefertiti. Ona je izjavila da je imala vizije. "Bile su to veoma snažne vizije. Mogla sam da vidim gde Nefertiti živi, njene odaje, sluge pa čak i čime se hrani. I mada sam u početku smatrala da su ovi snovi zastrašujući počela sam da tražim šta oni znače", izjavila je Namita. Ona je dodala da je u 23. godini počela da analizira svoje snove. "Počela sam da shvatam da imam ove snove, jer sam ja reinkarnacija kraljice Nefertiti", dodala je Namita.
Namita je tako od 1987. godine izvršila 51 operaciju kako bi preoblikovala crte svog lica po uzoru na najčuveniju bistu kraljice Nefertiti, a sve to je koštalo ukupno 220.000 evra.
Međutim, Namita ne namerava da se zaustavi na tome, jer već planira iduću operaciju.

Kraljica Nefertiti je nosila titulu Velike kraljevske supruge, a bila je udata za faraona Ehnatona, vladara koji je najpoznatiji po tome što je u Egipat uveo monoteizam.
Smatra se da je bistu, koja se trenutno nalazi u muzeju u Berlinu, izvajao skulptor po imenu Tutmos.
Za bistu se vezuju mnoge misterije, a ona, od kada je izložena u muzeju predstavlja ideal ženske lepote zbog izraženih očiju, visoko postavljenih obrva tankog luka, punih crvenih usana i visokih jagodica.

Испоставило се, такође, да ти мушкарци воде здравији начин живота и да пазе на своју исхрану.

За разлику од њих, мушкарци који пију више од једног литра коле дневно имају само 35 милиона сперматозоида по милилитру семене течности и далеко су склонији лошим навикама у исхрани.
